Grinding sludge produced after grinding in metal processing grinding machines is a kind of sludge waste that is very difficult to dispose of and easy to cause environmental pollution. The grinding sludge squeezer, developed with German environmental protection technology, adopts the hydraulic method to squeeze the metal in the grinding sludge into cylindrical metal solids with a water content of less than 10%, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation and thus recycle the metal materials in the grinding sludge or the valuable grinding liquid.
The whole machine mainly consists of a feed bin with a power mixer, a hydraulic power unit with an automatic air cooling system, a mechanical feeding system and a two-stage extrusion system. The machine is fully automatic with no manual operation. The separated grinding fluid flows into the tank below and is automatically pumped out when the material level is reached, while the dewatered solids are cylindrical and fall through the pipe into the drum.
